Option #2 Open Listing agreement.
This will allow you to have control over choosing any other agent to find the ideal tenant, or finding one yourself, without being obligated to pay a commission fee or having a timeline on a contract
Option #3 Exclusive Right agreement
This agreement allows us to be the only agency to lease the property but it does not limit you from leasing it on your own which you pay no commission fees.
